T-Ball

We always need coaches! All of our coaches are volunteer coaches and usually a parent or relative of a player playing. You do not have to be an expert on the sport.

If you are interested in coaching, note that when signing up your player in the "Parent Volunteer" section on registration AND email us at sports@healingplacechurch.org. 

Things to note: TBALL (4&5 year olds) and Transition Coaches pitch (6 year olds) will practice only on Saturdays leading up to games. 7 year olds and older will practice one night during the week. We cannot guarantee you a certain night, but if you let us know early enough, we might be able to make it work!

Mark your calendars: We will have a coaches meeting, for new and returning coaches, at HPC on Tuesday, January 30th. More to details to come!

TBall 4 and 5 - (This league is for 4 and 5 year old players only; they cannot move up) Those turning 6 on or before February 1st must move up.

Transition Coaches Pitch TBall - (This is for 6 year old players only and will serve as a transition league into coaches pitch. They cannot play down with the 4 and 5 year old players). Those turning 7 on or before February 1st must move up. 

All games are played at the HPAC; Saturdays March 9th - May 18th, with weeknight games the week of March 25th - 28th.

Leagues are separated by age. When registering your child, please note the cut-off date of February 1st for each league. We will do our best to accommodate coach and player requests, however your child must make the age cut-off for their league.

Age cut-off: February 1st, 2024.  

**Special requests will be filled on a first come-first serve basis.

Practices - Begin February 3rd at the HPAC. Practices will be held on Saturdays leading up to start of games only

Full amount, when requested before late registration begins. Once late registration begins, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after practices have begun.

**Payment due at the time of registration; all unpaid registrations will be automatically deleted by system.

**Special requests (coach, player, or practice night) will be met on a first come-first serve basis; once teams fill, accommodations cannot be made

Regular Registration: $150, starting December 1, 2023.

Late Registration: $175, starting January 15, 2024.

Uniforms provided by HP Athletics consist of a jersey, hat, belt and socks. Parents are required to purchase pants for their child. Coach will decide what color. Must be consistent for the entire team.

*Uniforms will not be ready for pick up until the week before games begin. An email with specifics will be sent at that time. Coaches are not allowed to pick up their players’ uniforms when issued.  Parents must sign for their child’s uniform.
