 ALL TEAMS ARE DIVIDED BY AGE AND DO NOT CORRELATE TO SCHOOL GRADE. CUT OFF DATE IS SEPTEMBER 1.

• Coed (4 & 5 year old boys and girls) those turning 6 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Boys 6 (6 year old boys only) those turning 7 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Boys 8U (7 & 8 year old boys) those turning 9 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Boys 11U (9 & 10 year old boys) those turning 12 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Boys 14U (12-14 year old boys) those turning 15 before Sept. 1 are ineligible. We will allow more advanced 11-year-olds to play up in this division.
• Girls 7U (6 & 7 year old girls) those turning 8 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Girls 9U (8 & 9 year old girls) those turning 10 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Girls 11U (10 & 11 year old girls) those turning 12 before Sept. 1 must move up.
• Girls 14U (12-14 year old girls) those turning 15 before Sept. 1 are ineligible. If there is enough interest from 15-year-olds, we will make exceptions. 

If you feel your player needs to be moved up an age division but does not meet the age requirement, you will need to register them in the CORRECT age division for their age, then email us to ask if they can be moved up. Players can sometimes move up, but they can never move down an age division. 

**Special requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot hold spots for anyone, even if you are planning to play on a specific team. Once a division is filled and players have been assigned based on special requests, we will fill any open spots on a team with free agents. 

We always need coaches! All of our coaches are volunteers and are usually a parent or relative of a player in our league. You do not have to be an expert in the sport.

Things to note: COED (4&5 year olds) will only practice on Saturdays leading up to games. 6-year-olds and older will practice one night during the week. We cannot guarantee a specific night, but if you let us know early enough, we can try to make it work.

Mark your calendars: We will have a coaches meeting for new and returning coaches on Tuesday, August 12 at HPC. More details to come!

• Games are scheduled from mid September through early November (September 12 - November 7).
• Most games will take place on Saturdays, except for mid-week games (September 28 - October 1) and any potential rainout make-ups.
• All games and practices will take place at the HPAC (Healing Place Athletic Complex). 
• Each team will practice once a week for 1 hour.

• A Parent Packet will be emailed out prior to your player's first practice.
• 2025 Parent Letter

• 4 & 5 year old teams practice on Saturdays leading up to games. Once games begin, they will no longer practice.
• All other ages will practice once a week ON WEEKDAYS.

*Practices for Coed teams will begin on Saturday, August 15. 

**Practices for all other divisions will begin the week of August 17. 

Full amount (base registration fee, not including online transaction fee), when requested before late registration begins. Once late registration begins, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after practices have begun.

**Payment due at the time of registration; all unpaid registrations will be automatically deleted by system.

*Fee covers registration fee, facility maintenance, officials, jersey, and socks.

• Regular Registration: $150 starting July 1, 2026
• Late Registration: $175 starting July 31, 2026
